Sailing Conditions
The Tuamotu Archipelago offers a more serene sailing experience, with trade winds typically ranging from 10-20 knots. These large atolls are surrounded by coral reefs, which make navigation exciting and rewarding. The dry season runs from April to November, with the humid season from December to March, but the weather is warm year-round between 25°C and 30°C. Rain showers can come at any time, but they never last long. With stunning, clear waters and rich biodiversity, the Tuamotus are an excellent year-round destination for both experienced sailors and those seeking a tranquil escape.
